I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hays (Sídney) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was lengthy but great! Definitely gave you a 'decent' insight into the world of recruitment. Feedback was given at the end of every round and received a lot of support from the internal recruiter.
There are generally about 6 stages (you can google what specifically occurs):
1. Phone Interview - Simple questions
2. Face to Face Interview with an Internal Recruiter - Do your research! Demonstrate how well you fit in with their values.
3. Assessment Centre - 1 speech, 1 CV screening activity, 2 role-plays
4. Interview with Managers (office you're working at) - Fairly simple, repeat of stage 2.
5. Interview with Regional Director (your manager's boss) - Fairly simple, repeat of stages 2 & 4.
6. Job Offer/Rejection

Question 1
Why Hays? Why Recruitment? Challenges you see in this position? Etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hays in Sep 2015
Interview
it was really easy process. its almost like they are begging to have people work for them. Then you start working there, you realise why they need people so badly. never seen such high turnover rate.

Question 1
what is the most difficult problem you've successfully solved?
Thank you for your 2017 review of your 2015 interview. Hays has over 250 offices in 33 countries, so unfortunately one is unable to speak to turnover, as each country and office has their own unique characteristics. But we hope you have found a role that suits you best and have been successful in your career.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hays (Boston, MA)
Interview
Walked in through job forum, had a short conversation with their director and got an interview very soon. The third stage was the 3 hrs assessment center, challenging but rewarding. Consisted of role-playing and behavior exercises. They are all very nice and it was a great experience.
