Hays Associate Consultant interview questions

Phone interview followed by an in-person and then an assessment centre. Was reassured that experience was not necessary as they have a comprehensive training program for new hires joining the company but was then was told that they were not going to progress with my application as they felt that I "did not have enough experience".
