The hiring process involves several key stages: first, candidates submit a case study which is reviewed by HR. Following this, the hiring manager evaluates the case study's relevance and quality. Finally, the CEO reviews the candidate’s overall profile and case study to make the final decision on hiring.

The interview process was straightforward with no tasks to complete, just 3 interviews with different members of the team plus a HR interview. Everyone in the hiring team was pleasant and happy to answer questions; HR was less friendly and seemed most concerned with following their process which is to be expected.
