HSBC Project Manager interview questions

It was in a casual setup in a glass wall meeting room. it was just a two person conversation with the manager to discuss CV and objectives. It was nothing formal.

Interview process: 3 Rounds - HR, Managers, Team director. Mostly Fit: describe background. Describe a process (in banking industry) and a consulting assignment for process improvement. Advise is to be extremely structured in your background information and be able to introduce yourself in 5 like in 30min.
