HSBC interview questions

Basic behavioral interview questions. Became a little frustrated when I was asked to come back for 3 different interviews. Too many managers asking the same questions over and over and over.

Bsically was a three step, very well organized process. First a phone interview to match my skills/experience to the job and see if I would like to proceed. Next, a group interview with a group composed by the hiring manager, one of his/her peers, and one person that would become my peer. Final inteview was with the dept. head.
