Interview
Bsically was a three step, very well organized process. First a phone interview to match my skills/experience to the job and see if I would like to proceed. Next, a group interview with a group composed by the hiring manager, one of his/her peers, and one person that would become my peer. Final inteview was with the dept. head.

Could you please describe what you would do to manage an employee who keeps saying that he does everything in a project that is presented by someone who took a free ride but gets all the recognition.
The interview process was long but it was worth it.

Framework implementation
RCSA management
Controls Management
Assurance testing
Internal ans external audit management
Governance oversight
Two rounds of interview. Very relaxing and no technical questions asked. The interview mainly focused on my past experience. The first round I interviewed with a senior manager and one team member. The second round is with the VP.

what is your biggest contribution to your current role
The proces was professional. The HR managers were wonderful people, the whole process took not Long due to me being undeprepared, so did not get an offer. Generally tej questions were quite difficult. Recomend the process
