I first did a phone interview for the summer intern position. After about 2 weeks I got a cold call from another supervisor for the 2nd round interview. When doing the phone interview (screening interview), the person who interviewed me was trying to pressure me and I think this is how the company screen interviees--they prefer someone who can endure such pressure well.
