Interview
Awful interview via webcam as I was scheduled to have a physical face-to-face according to the email. It was meant to be 60 minutes but was around 20-25 minutes.
Two warmup questions- followed by four competency questions.
Rejected as I said the word “we” a lot and never mentioned why it was important to fulfil certain duties at one time which wasn’t the question asked.

Application through online portal, there was a telephone call from team assessing the eligibility criteria followed by value based assessment which is simple and an interview scheduled at the office.

Experience, Why interested in the role , How do you keep motivated with work, Competency questions based on How to build quick rapport with customers, how do you multitask, How do you react when you had to say 'no' at work, how did you go over and beyond for a customer ?
Followed by two script reading scenarios for customer service.

Interview
First I received the opportunity for an On demand video Interview. You get asked about 3 questions depending on the role you applied to. You have three attempts to record yourself answering a question and there is no time limit for the actual video. If you are successful with this, you will then complete a personality assessment where you just click answers to what you are most like.
