The interview process consisted of 4 interviews, each approx. 30 minutes long. All interviews felt more like 'chats' than interviews, and the entire atmosphere was great. The four interviews took place within two weeks, which was really refreshing to see a company move this fast throughout the recruitment process.
1. CV screening with the HR representative. Essentially it was a walk-through of my CV and answering general questions about the motivation for the position.
2. Interview with Junior Buyer and Buyer. More in-depth questions about the position, the daily tasks, and the company.
3. Interview with Head of Procurement. Felt more like a check-in rather than an interview. It included many general questions about the company and motivation to work there. I was also asked about career goals in 3-5 years and how the company could support this.
4. Interview with an employee from an entirely different team, mainly focused on culture and checking whether the organizational culture would be a good fit and in line with my expectations.
