After getting to know with hr and hiring manager, I proceed a technical assessment and a assessment review and a peer interview. The technical assessment is very interesting, it's not complicated for candidates who already hands-on Python. But, hr won't send you the decline letter, just disappear without anything, like nothing ever happened, even if you follow up the interview's progress.

The interview was not professional at all. You can clearly see that the HR had neither a preparation nor a plan for the interview. The english pronunciation itself is too hard to perceive and understand. Last but not least, no clear hiring process overview.
