I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grover (Berlín)
Interview
It was a 35 minutes video call with a very young person who was working in HR less than 6 months. She was very friendly. I should have gone over my CV and tell how can I use my former skills into this one. I asked for a feedback why I couldn't move forward for the second interview and I didn't get any feedback. I think this was the most unprofessional part of that entire process.

Question 1
I should go over from my CV and actually not very spesific questions. Also, if I have a work permit for how long?
Informal chat followed by formal chat with panel of seniors and a code test, was a pleasant experience. Not at all overwhelming. The code test was standard and specialised to the companies needs.

Interview
It was a nice interview overall.
Pros:
- Nice and friendly people. Pretty much enjoyed talking to everyone
- Possibility to work fully remote (no need to go the office)
- Relocation package & visa offering
- Good offer in terms of money
- Work/life balance (many vacation days)
- Cutting edge technologies
- Allowed to do home assignments for both FE and BE app
- Engineering manager (Nusa) was inspiring
- Game nights during/after work
Cons:
- Technical interview could have been better. I just found it to be easy
- Home assignment for senior engineer is redundant nowadays (they've planned to get rid of it though)
- It took a bit long for them to get my assignment verified
