Goodwill Sales Associate interview questions

It was very basic. Her questions were mostly to gage my personality. It was more of a conversation and I was hired on the spot without checking references. It really is not a bad job.

Went into the break room with the manager and he told me to read the responsibilities of the job. After that he read interview questions off a paper. Told me I would be great in customer service but needed to talk to his district manager since I'm a full time college student and Goodwill only hires full time as well. I declined the offer since I couldn't be able to handle full time thinking it was a part time position.
