Easiest interview I've ever been on. The manager was new and nervous, so he didn't really ask me questions. He told me about Goodwill's mission and then asked me what my past work experience is, and if I had experience in retail. I don't, so I said no. I then asked a few questions, which he appreciated. I then got a tour of the backrooms and he described what goes on in each section. All the employees seemed friendly, but just a note: Goodwill hires a variety of people, including disabled people (physically and mentally). So if you are uncomfortable with that, I would suggest not applying or interviewing. After the tour, the manager said he would call later that day to set up an orientation time/date. The interview literally lasted for 30 minutes, most of which we talked about personal things.
