Person conducting the interview did NOT read my resume prior based on the questions I was asked. Don't waste my time if you're not going to read my resume before the interview.. Second, person conducting interview would let me know either way by certain date and I never heard back, No email, no phone call, no letter in the mail, nothing. I get it, I'm not you're pick but when you say you're going to communicate by a certain date and you don't then shame on you.. Extremely unprofessional.
