Interview
I had a phone interview and an in-person interview. They scheduled both on the phone, the second one, in-person, at the end of the conversation. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting to hear back. Follow up email told me they are still working the process. The whole experience thus far has been very pleasant.

Interview
They were reluctant to interview me on the basis of my extensive experience in banking and self-employment. The questions were typical of a cashier position: do I have basic math skills, do I lose my temper over irate customers, can I balance a hundred dollar bank. As a customer of goodwill prior to being employed I had a good idea of how they made their profit what I have learned after two years is the enormity of the profit margin. My question to the interviewing manager was how they decide what to sell and what to salvage. Goodwill makes a profit either way.

Interview
The interview lasted longer than necessary because the manager got called away about 5 times. The questions weren't hard. Mainly just going over the hours and pay. They tell you how easy it is to get your production quota, and you'll get .09 for every item that you go over your quota.
