I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied online for posted positions in the corporate division and the workforce development division. I got an immediate confirmation email that my application was accepted into the system. Within just a couple days, a friendly recruiter emailed to follow up and request a phone interview. During the phone interview, I had the opportunity to learn more about the job role and ask questions about the employment process. I was then scheduled to meet two hiring managers that week. I met with the managers and discussed the roles for which I was being considered. Together, we refined which role would be the best fit. I was emailed over that weekend for an immediate follow up interview to meet the team members on Monday. I had an excellent, informative, positive meeting at a coffee shop with my new team mates. The hiring manager had the recruiter reach out to me with a conditional letter of employment the next day!
