Interview
The interview process was informal. The hiring manager recruited me and helped arrange the interview with the CEO. I was then invited to a third interview with the CEO and the rest of the managing team. Everyone was professional with the exception of the HR director who was not prepared or in my opinion a professional.

Interview
A very prompt, relaxing interview with the VP of Operations for the Southern Arizona region.
Waited for a short time in the main office's lobby and was met by the interviewer. He took me back to his office and we chatted. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and we a very casual discussion of the typical type of interview questions. Very friendly people and a great experience.

Interview
I got interviewed by Ms Robin, she was very nice, professional, and easy to communicate with. She explained that the position was for a Floor Associate, it was full time, and the pay was $7.50. She also explained that sometimes the establishment can get rather nasty because they're we're eldery customers that would have accidents in the dressing rooms or bathrooms and I might have to be that person that would have to clean it up,
so the two main and important questions would be would I clean the mess up and do I have a problem with working with people that have disabilities. I told her yes I would clean the mess up and no I don't have a problem working people with disabilities. After those two main questions the interview was over and she gave me my hours for the first day. This was a really great interview.
