Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience during your application process was perceived negatively. For positions such as Global Sales Training Manager, the business case studies are role-playing situations, where applicants are asked to prepare for multiple scenarios in form of written answers. These are then simulated during the interview to assess a wide range of both functional & interpersonal skills.
The scenarios assess the candidate's ability to explain their proposals and points of view, in a business situation in which they are questioned by a skeptical stakeholder. This was outlined in the instructions of the three scenarios, which you received beforehand in order to prepare. We reviewed the instructions for the business cases again internally and could not find anything that might be misleading.
