GoStudent Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The first interview was very pleasant—I genuinely enjoyed it, and it went really well. I received an invitation for the second one right away. The second interview, however, was a different story. Let’s skip the fact that both interviewers were late, but one of them seemed completely uninterested, as if they didn’t want to be there at all—no smile, no engagement, nothing. The questions were almost identical to the first interview, which felt odd, and after that, I never heard from them again, even when I followed up by email. Later, I came across some legal issues involving the company, so let’s just say it all worked out for the best.
