Glassdoor interview questions

I was emailed by a recruiter saying my experience matched up with their job description and we scheduled a time to have a 30-minute chat. She emailed last-minute cancelling and she asked if I was free the next week. I responded, and still after 1 week she has not responded back. I think glassdoor should at least say a position was filled before just ghosting applicants.

The gal from the recruitment team was really good at the beginning and communicating very well during the first few stages of the interview. However, she made some bad mistakes, and not only she acknowledged her mistakes, but she was also somehow blaming me and keeps telling me that I'm confused!! She even made a big mistake in the offer letter and she got back to me after I signed it!! I really loved the people I interacted with during the interview process and that's why I was very motivated and excited to work for Glassdoor, and wasn't really bothered by her attitude.
