I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Chicago, IL) in May 2021
Interview
I was reached out to via email after submitting my application. It was a pleasant conversation that took about 30 minutes. I really enjoyed speaking with the recruiter. After I did not hear back for about a week I followed up and as informed they went in another direction.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor
Interview
30 min call with HR followed by 30-min Zoom with the team manager. HR was very open about salary (it's Glassdoor after all) and the manager was friendly and easy to talk to. There was a case study regarding an example of the work that team would be doing, but it was more conceptual rather than technical.
The recruiting team moved slow compared to another company I was interviewing for. Since I was already doing final rounds at the other company, I reached out to the recruiter about when I could expect to hear back. Got no response and was rejected the next day (standard rejection email). Kinda a crappy way to end the interview process imo.

Interview
1. Phone interview with recruiter
2. Recruiter schedule two interviews consecutively. The first interview was technical, nothing too hard but interviewer seemed to not have too much experience as an interviewer, left as much as 15 minutes to finish a coding exercise easy but in that time I couldn't finish it. Also he took extra time from my next interview, so at the next meeting I was super late, the next interviewer wasn't there any longer, but I stayed on the meeting and he got connected and told me he'd ask to reschedule. That never happened. I email twice to my recruiter explaining what happened and never get back to me. Super unprofessional. It was a bad experience.
