Interview
The interview began with a call from Jake the recruiter followed by two interviews with hiring managers, a presentation and interview with the Sales Director. Jake was delightful to work with throughout the process.

Interview
Several stages:
-Screening with Internal recruiter
-Meeting with hiring manager (team manager)
-Round robin of meetings with hiring manager, other
manager and team member
-Sales pitch to the above three - built around discovery
call (not running a demo)
-Final meeting with Sales Director of EMEA
Process is designed to be difficult and I completely understand why; team fit and appetite for product/to succeed are everything.

Questions competency/personality based i.e. experience, sales style, relationship managament, where you work best/need improvement, if you are malleable etc. Passion for the product and a collaborative nature is a must.

Interview
Made it 2 steps through the process. Both were phone only interviews. The questions were straight forward about experience managing a portfolio of clients. Eventually I was told that I was not a fit for the position, but everyone involved was pleasant and informative throughout the interview process and respectful of my time.
