I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2019
Interview
It was very open and at the same time very challenging. I felt the interviewers were very personable and professional. Being my first interview in a long time I felt that it was a little more difficult than I would like. I was under prepare for many of the questions and how it relates to my previous job. Although I have experience I was a little nervous and it did not go as well as I had imagined.
