Met with a recruiter and an engineer for an onsite interview. Mostly technical questions. The interviewers took turns to ask questions, also asked about my coursework in college. At the end, they asked if I had questions for them.

First step in the process is a phone screen interview with a recruiter. Then, if selected, a half day in-person interview at the main headquarters, in Minneapolis, including interviews with the team and human resources. They ask behavioral based interview questions, and ask about previous experience directly relating to the job description.

Interview
Met a recruiter at an on campus recruiting event. I was called 2 days later for an interview. Round one was with 2 recruiters and was mainly behavioral questions and one "technical" which was more about showing your creativity. Round 2 was the same but with one person via Skype.
