I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Overall, the interview process, although very thorough and situational question-heavy, went really smoothly. Everything was communicated very clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. I applied online and got a call about 2 weeks later to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, a few days later I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview. Scheduling this took about 2 weeks. I met with 2 HR specialists, and 3 people from the direct team. Each interview had situational questions, but also was casual enough to develop into a conversation. One of the interviews was over coffee at Caribou inside the building. They also walked me around the different buildings, so it was nice to see all that GM has to offer. Overall I couldn't ask for a better interviewing process.

Interview
First interview was quick. A small group of us took a hand written test and a test on the computer. It’s tested my IQ and they questions were different from a regular interview.

Interview
O processo seletivo foi baseado em uma etapa online, dinâmica e entrevista. A dinâmica e entrevistas acontecem no mesmo dia. Achei o processo bem interessante e descontraído, contudo, um pouco cansativo. Não existe feedback após o processo.
