I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Dresher, PA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Phone interview was a run through the job description, chat about your resume and a handful of STAR questions. If you make it past that there is two online assessments, a personality and a short Wonderlic. Finally you are brought in for a face to face 1:1 interview with a couple of the hiring managers.

Interview
Applied online and got a call from an HR assistant a week later to set up a 1:1 call with the position's supervisor. After that call, I was invited to an in-person interview at the GM HQ in Golden Valley and given an online reasoning and personality test to complete. The in-person interview was very structured, but a good experience. Managers have a sheet of questions they walk through one-by-one taking notes — be sure to answer in the recommended "Situation/Task/Context/Action/Result" format or you may get asked to rephrase.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at General Mills
Interview
Very structured interview process. Specific set of questions that interviewers walked through for each candidate. Much less conversational and more transactional/"unbiased". Behavioral interview mixed with case questions. Based on knowledge of both high performing and under performing brands.
