It’s not too difficult. Just have the STAR format down! All situational based for the most part. I found that they were trying to find if you could fit into the culture

Communication leading up to and during were great! Expectations were clearly outlined before the process began. The initial phone interview was simple and effective leading into the longer second interview process. All of the different interviewees were great to meet with, they laid out their expectations and how the interview would be done and what they needed of me.
