General Mills interview questions

The process included HR, hiring manager and a small number of team of colleagues which you would be working with as part of the Interview Process. It occurred over a 2-3 week period.

I met with one interviewer for 30 mins and then switched to another interviewer for another 30 mins. They had a set list of questions that they would ask, so it's less conversational based on the answers you provide and more of a Q&A. They also did ask market sizing, brand strategy, and marketing campaign analysis questions.
