General Mills interview questions

It was pretty good actually. Although the question was somewhat hard, it was a good learning experience. I hope you all prepare for the "why" questions and come up with at least 3 stories that you can use.

The interviewers were very friendly and kind, not too probing. They were interactive and engaged and seemed to also really enjoy their jobs very much as well. It was two interviews and we were picked for second rounds that night.
