General Mills interview questions

It was smooth and the interviewer was very calm and polite. He was gently asking about the past experience and questions related to supply chain and FMCG processes. But the questions were basic if we have a fair knowledge of supply chain.

2 rounds of interviews with multiple people at each. Questions consisted of 4-6 behavioral based questions and follows the STAR method, with time to ask questions at the end. Quick process and both done in person.
