General Mills interview questions

Applied on indeed and was contacted by talent aq to apply for position on GMI website. The company reached out 3 days later to set up a phone interview. 30 min interview with hiring manager. Was notified within the hour after the call for invitation to final interview. Three personality tests and cognitive test before actual interview. Final interview was 4 rounds. One with current platform lead and tour of facility. Then interview with former ops mgr, hr then hiring manager with a final wrap up with talent aq after All and all, it was pretty easy interview as they prepare you for the interview process. All STAR questions. The talent Aq (Don) was extremely helpful and kept me informed the entire process which was something I hadn’t experienced in an interview process.

I applied for a position via LinkedIn. GM reached out to schedule interviews, I met with 4 different team members including my potential boss. Questions were in STAR format. Unfortunately I did not get the position but a month later I got a call from GM stating that they would like me to apply for a position. I was able to find out from the HR Recruiter that my previous interview had gone so well they were interested in bringing me back in. I had 3 interviews and had already completed the cognitive tests, I received an offer within days and signed the offer within 2 weeks, 3 weeks later I started! Best interview process I have been thru. My HR Recruiter was extremely helpful (thank you Emily!)
