I applied online. I interviewed at General Mills (São Bernardo do Campo) in Oct 2022
Interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2023
Interview
I was contacted by HR recruiters after applying online, who were able to answer a few questions related to the role and benefits. I get a first call from the hiring manager a few days after, and we talked for about 45 minutes about my qualifications, interest for the role and description of responsibilities. Everything goes well. Next, I'm scheduled to interview with a panel for about three hours the week after. But before that, I get scheduled to take online tests without much notice. I'm told that I need to complete the tests before the next round of interviews. I somehow manage to do it with the limited time I have during the week. The day of the interview arrives, and the panelists appeared interested and professional, asking a great deal of questions about the technical aspect of the role as well as others related to conflict resolution and behaviors at work. We closed the interview again with the hiring manager and everything went well from my point of view. I was promised to get an answer by the end of next week, which I did, but it was only through an automatic reply from the website. My experience with the company was that they acted genuine when they were not upfront about their thinking and how they saw me as a potential candidate. I tried to reach out to the hiring manager multiple times, and did not receive a single thank you for my time or an explanation as to why I was rejected. Granted, I understand that they cannot be fully transparent as to why I was not the best candidate, but at least have the decency to answer the phone or send a personalized message providing at least a standard explanation or a simple thanks. My disappointment comes from recruiters and people appearing to act genuine, when in reality it's all a facade. Corporate America at its best!
One personnality test and one math/logic test followed by an interview with the hiring manager and one person in the team. 1h inter view and then a quick talk with HR
