I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Notre Dame, IN)
Interview
It was clear during this interview that the General Mills staff were aiming to recruit people who would later serve as interns, and then perhaps employees. There were mini versions of behavioral, practicum, group, and resume interviews. There was also an online test that would determine if you were a right fit for the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2015
Interview
Phone interview with the hiring Manager. She was new to the department; very kind and explained she had several interviews to complete and it may be a 3 week time frame prior to making a decision on next steps. The questions were geared primarily around my work experience how she came into the job, her plans for further roll out and then time for my inquiries.
