General Mills interview questions

I recently interviewed for the Associate HR Manager Internship role with General Mills. I have been so pleased with how intentional General Mills has been about managing to the candidate experience. From the interview to the follow through. Even after the extension of an offer, there has been no unwarranted pressure to make a quick decision. Instead, they want to ensure that you as a candidate are 100% confident about your decision when you come on board. The positive experience and the interactions that I have had with employees within the company, has further affirmed my interest.
