I applied through college or university. I interviewed at General Mills
Interview
Small time interval in-between submitting my resume and scheduling a first-round interview. The questions were not challenging but I was a bit thrown off on how adamant they were on knowing who else I was interviewing with and rather or not I would be willing to relocate before asking actual behavioral questions.

Name a time when you had to work with someone you were unfamiliar with on a project.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2016
Interview
I interviewed for another company several months ago, but the experience at General Mills was like night and day! General Mills has an excellent recruiting and selection process from beginning to end! The interview process was extremely thorough and the company moved very quickly on making an offer. The recruiter constantly kept me in the loop on the status of my candidacy.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had so much on your plate, that you were in jeopardy of missing key deadlines. How did you resolve this problem?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2016
Interview
I was initially contacted for a 30 minute phone screen and then was invited onsite. As part of the onsite process, I interviewed with 4 different people, each 30 min interviews. This schedule I feel allows the process to feel less daunting. I also appreciate that I was given an opportunity for networking over lunch with an employee in a similar role--not a formal interview. It was a great time to learn more about the company itself.
