Two interviews, a phone screen and then interview both with financial analysts. All behavioral questions. Final interview was 8 questions, all twists on normal run of the mill behavioral questions.

6 weeks after submitting my resume, a recruiter contacted me well after business hours and requested I attend an in-person interview 3 days later. They paid for my flight and hotel to make it possible. I met with 10 people between 8am and 2pm.

Interview
It was a pretty straight forward interview. 1. Over the phone. 2. F2F. After that an easy HR interview. I was being hired for a Process Designer role so was questioned about MS Visio. I was also asked to present my understanding by giving an example and demonstrating it on a white board.
