I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2017

Submitted Application. Had phone interview. Took several online personality test and an IQ test. Flew to Minneapolis for an in person interview. Interviewed by three separate interviewees.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at General Mills (Mumbai) in Oct 2017
Interview
elephonic interview for an analyst role in reporting and analytics domain. Was not told that it would be a technical telephonic round. JD was also provided after repeatedly asking the HR. The tone of the interviewer was not so good. Abruptly jumped into asking complex technical questions. When asked for time to think and answer, the interviewer got impatient and eventually ended the call abruptly. Overall not a good experience
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2017
Interview
Applied through their referral. First interview was on campus with HR rep and asked mainly personal career questions about my future aspirations, ideal work scenarios, etc.. Did well, and got a second interview one week later that mainly consisted of typical behavioral questions you'd expect. Pretty straightforward process.
