General Mills interview questions

2 tests followed by 3 interviews in college campus happened. One test was online and one was offline. Online test was aptitude based but tough. The offline test also had less time.

All behavioral questions. Got an interview a couple of weeks after applying. Information session the evening before the interview. Interview pretty laid-back, 30-45 min for both first and second interviews - first interview was with someone just recently out of college who had already introduced themselves at the information session. Found out a few days later I had gotten a second interview. Had second interview on Wednesday and found out on Monday via phone call that I had gotten the job. Had a few weeks to make a decision. Everyone throughout the process was very friendly and helpful!
