I was given a 30 minute phone interview between the HR director and the Maintenance Manager and myself. I was then told that the next step if selected would be 3 more interviews, a plant tour, and that I would hear back within 4-5 days. I was emailed the very next morning stating I was not moving forward in the interview process.
