Gap Inc. interview questions

It was a one on one interview with the assistant manager, then went to the general manager. It was a simple process where I was asked questions about my customer service experience, selling credit cards, and picking out an outfit for a family going on vacation to the beach over the summer.

The interview process is very lengthy. 1st a phone screen, 2nd you will interview with the District Manager, 3rd you will do a interview with a peer District Manager (or they will panel interview you with both District Managers to cut down the time) 4th you will interview with the Visual District Manager to test your visual knowledge, Final interview will be with the Regional and then after the background your made an offer in writing.
