Gap Inc. interview questions

It was easy and non-stressful. I had a phone screening with a supervisor, who then asked me to come in and meet with the general manager. Meeting with the general manager was great, because she was easy to talk to and she made the customer role-play portion fun. I was hired on the spot.

Started as a freelancer and after about 6 months went through the review process with HR. Everyone was very genuine and on the level. Salary negotiations weren't difficult at all and everyone was helpful. Information is laid out clearly, all questions get answered really fast. Background checks take a bit of time but don't know how much that can be helped.
