Interview was not much complicated it was just fine enjoyed little bit. Questions were of moderate level. Process is well and simple. It was conducted telephonic and was about 15 mins.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gallagher in Jan 2022
Interview
Started off with a phone interview after a recruiter reached out. The recruiter was friendly and asked 10 questions that varied in relevance to the position. Their next step is to send a review of you to the location that the position is at and they decide if they want to interview. I made it to the second interview that was very short and on Microsoft Teams (they didn't even bother to turn on the cameras ), only asked 3-4 questions, and they said I would get an e-mail stating if they were interested or not in a third interview or not by that Friday. It's been a month now with no email or phone call. I had decided after learning more that the position wouldn't be a good fit for me anyway, but I don't support a lengthy 3+ interview process for an entry level position. Or a company that reaches out just to waste time. Hope others have a better experience.

Interview
A very respectful interview process. Included an individual interview with an HR representative, a skills assessment conducted on a computer, a group interview with other financial analysts and then a second group interview with a couple of consultants.
