Gallagher interview questions

Had a phone screening with a recruiter who reached out. Then got set up for a video interview with the team a week later. A few weeks after the interview, I did not hear back about a decision until I emailed them and was told the position was filled. After getting rejected, I was offered and was set up for an opening on another team. Had to contact them again after the second interview regarding a decision and did not hear back. Overall had a bad experience and it was a waste of time for 3 weeks.
