It was very long. I went through employer Walk-in and it was really time consuming i start off the at 11am and walk out at 8pm. having said that i've cleared the assessment round but later the next day i get a call from HR saying i had to give the round again. and since i had already given it once it was easy to crack but, still why do i have to repeat the rounds for no reason. the HR management is very weak. no accountability. no ease of process.
Three round process but it's very frustrating because the hr often reschedule the meeting and don't show up on time
1) application screening
2) Hr screening and excel test
3) Technical round
The interview process was quite straightforward. First, they introduced some information about Gallagher and its work. Then, they asked me a series of questions about my background and experience. At the end, I had the chance to ask her questions about Gallagher and the role, which helped me understand the position better.
