Gallagher interview questions

very very odd. 1st call was from talent and a small over the phone get to know you. formal interview took about an hour - one person was late. panel of 2. they ran through my resume and asked questions from there.

Phone screen with a recruiter and virtual meeting with the hiring manager. Process was pretty standard. However, I was asked questions that were clearly on my resume and was asked of me during the initial phone interview. Communication seems to be lacking as the loop was never closed either.
