GSK Associate Director interview questions

The GSK interview was by far the most pleasant I have experienced from big pharma and big tech companies. The interviewers were incredibly nice, and structured and provided in-depth details about the role and expectations. Time was valued, and feedback was provided quickly. The overall process took seven weeks. 1. Applied - mid-August'22 2. First interview with recruiter - Beginning of Sep'22 3. Second call with Hiring Manager - Same week 4. Panel interview - End of September'22 5. Offer call - Same week as the final interview

Initial friendly conversation with HR, followed by informal chat with line manager followed by formal interview, consisting of a presentation, some technical questions and then a culture conversation. Interview was done by a small panel of team members
