GSK Associate Director interview questions

Very extensive and tiring. To many questions that can push the candidate to lie. They have some set of questions and they want you to give a scenario for each of them even if you never encounter that specific situation.

The interviewers were professional and polite, it was a good experience. I was first called for a HR screening, followed by interview with the hiring manager, then a panel interview with 5-6 staff members where I had to present a long case study, then one round of interview on company culture and fitment etc and finally a HR round. All this happened over a month and half. Tough interview, but great experience
