One phone Interview with a recruiter, one phone interview with supervisor for the position and one live interview with 6 members of the team. The in person interview was very long, 6 people for over half an hour each sometimes more than one at a time, most people were unprepared and didn't have much to ask me, I felt like they were digging for emotional responses to questions. For example: How did it make you feel when you accomplished X. It became clear to me during this interview that this is an un-commissioned sales role. You are expected to take client calls "whenever the client is available" and to encourage the client to purchase more items from the company. I asked about company atmosphere and lifestyle, most answered seemed canned, but boiled down to "this is not as bad as consulting was for my life but we work 8a-7pm most days". The worst thing was that after 3 conversations with the company, I received a rejection email, after I followed up which stated they had reviewed my application and my resume was not right for the position, from a "Noreply" email address, TACKY BEHAVIOR.
