Interview
The interview process was two-part, involving two phone screens with team members and an in-person interview with both would-be peers and managers (4 30-minute interviews in total). The in-person interviews take place over a 2-3 hour span and include a more informal lunch to better understand the corporate culture. Overall the questions were a bit repetitive, but reinforced skills needed for success.

Question 1
What kind of experience do you have cold-calling? How comfortable are you working autonomously?
I initially got a call from the HR(Junior). She gave me a brief about the company. Thereafter 3 telephonic interviews were conducted, one by the HR(Senior), manger- research and manager- client facing role.
Then I was called to the office for in person interview followed by 2 hour assessment test.
Post that VP-Research took my interview.

They were very quick in getting back to me with a phone interview. I applied online and I got an immediate email confirmation that the application was received.It was good, and assuring to know. Then I got a call from a nice lady.
