I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG in Jul 2015
Interview
The overall experience has been positive. I found the company to be very organized and responsive throughout the process so far. The first two interviews involved primarily behavioral questions. After that, a case study project was assigned to be completed over a few days, and an interview was scheduled to discuss the findings/research process with a GLG employee.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process for me was one of the best I have experienced. GLG prides itself on being prompt and getting back to candidates as soon as possible. I submitted my resume to HR online through an employee referral and heard back within a couple days. After that I was scheduled for a phone screening asking what GLG does, and how my experience could help GLG in this specific role. Next round was two 30 minute phone interviews back to back with network developers. Third round was meeting with some VPs at the office. This was about half a day of interviews and meeting with very important department managers. Went to lunch with two associates which lasted about an hour. Then I met with four different people each lasting about 30 minutes in length. My last and final interview was on the phone with the VP of corporate out in LA to see if I got his approval. A couple days later I got a phone call with an offer.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GLG (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
Telephonic interview with HR, and project manager. Followed by in-person interview with two project team members and a final interview with HR. Wait time in between rounds was minimum, although the joining process was quite sloppy.
